Our Founder: Minjuma Begum

Heal with Minjuma is led by Minjuma Begum, a trained Marriage and Family Counsellor, and Mental Health Coach with a strong academic foundation in Clinical Psychology. Having graduated from Assam Don Bosco University, Minjuma has spent years working with individuals and families, guiding them through challenges like stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and compulsive thought patterns. With more than a decade of experience in teaching and counselling, she brings both professional expertise and human empathy into every program she creates.

Minjuma specializes in designing science-backed, therapy-inspired programs that are practical and easy to implement in everyday life. She has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them replace overthinking with clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.

What We Do

At Heal with Minjuma, we provide a structured 40-Day Overthinking Recovery Plan that acts as a step-by-step guide to reset your thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and bring back inner calm. This plan includes:

  • Daily science-based exercises to gradually rewire your brain

  • Practical strategies used in modern therapy approaches like CBT and mindfulness

  • Bonuses and tools (sleep blueprints, diet guides, stress reset practices) designed for real-life impact

  • A unique focus on emotional healing alongside mental clarity

One-on-One Guidance

Alongside the 40-day recovery plan, Minjuma also provides a personal 1:1 guidance session (45 minutes) for individuals who need deeper support. This session allows clients to discuss personal struggles in a safe space, receive tailored advice, and build a recovery roadmap that suits their unique challenges.
